The Story Behind Jazz and Charm’s Journey

Hi! I’m Pam Quattlebaum, and I believe you deserve a home, business or event space that fills you with pride and joy!

I know how overwhelming it can be to create spaces that truly reflect who you are—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly charming. At Jazz and Charm, we deeply understand this journey, because it’s one I’ve traveled myself.

In early 2020, I faced a moment many can relate to—uncertainty. My business of 30 years closed overnight, leaving me worried not just about my own future, but the wellbeing of those I cared deeply about: my employees, my family, and the animals at AAA Dog Rescue, a local shelter close to my heart.

During that uncertain time, a simple conversation sparked inspiration. My daughter mentioned needing new wreaths to brighten up her home. Something clicked: I discovered wreath-making, immersing myself in tutorials, practicing tirelessly, driven by a desire to create something beautiful and meaningful. I quickly found joy and fulfillment in handcrafting décor, and soon learned these creations not only lifted my own spirits but brought happiness and comfort to others, too.

As I built Jazz and Charm, I discovered an incredible community of shop owners and educators willing to share their insights, expertise, and experiences. Their openness and generosity shaped my approach to business and reinforced my belief that collaboration and community—rather than competition—bring out the very best in us.

Realizing how meaningful handcrafted and thoughtfully curated décor can be in transforming spaces—and moods—I launched Jazz and Charm. Guided by a passion for high-quality materials, careful craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of what it means to create inviting, personalized spaces, Jazz and Charm exists to help you transform your surroundings from ordinary into extraordinary.

Every wreath, centerpiece, custom bow, or carefully chosen piece from our curated collections—including premium offerings from Raz, Park Hill, Farrisilk, K&K Interiors, 108 Degrees, Regency, and more—is selected with intention, care, and love. We exist to make your decorating journey easier and more joyful.

I also feel deep gratitude toward those who have walked alongside me—my daughter Suzanne, whose impeccable eye for design enriches nearly every creation; my grandchildren, Sydney and Riley, who bring my vision to life through social media; and my cousin Donna, whose knack for finding treasures is unparalleled. I’m especially thankful for mentors and educators like Damon Oates, Christine Jerry, Kelea, Fancy, Mellie Mel, and Julie, whose guidance, support, and kindness have helped me take Jazz and Charm’s designs to the next level. And of course, endless appreciation for you—our wonderful customers, who inspire and motivate us every day.
